2011-03-28 [kians mummy]: well its not fully set up yet but i will be setting it up soon and it is spelt Sheriffs in microsoft word and also spell checker pro, basically if you earn my trust you can get in, you get your own email adress and there is also a private wiki for people that are under watch

that way they can't be corrupt and sticking up for one another when they no deep down that the other member of staff was in the wrong
if i feel i can trust you i will give you th job, if they disobay the trust, they lose the job and someone else takes there place. the emails are to help make the members feel more compfortable sending reports to the guards as we will pass them on and if it is about a member of staff they will go direct to [Hedda]

i actually offer them a chance to help the guards

2011-03-29 [kians mummy]: i'm thinking about it, as i can get my uncle to do it, and it will make it a lot easier then, its basically for if they don't have the confidence to trust the guards then they can come to us and we will say for them, its easy really.
because then they will get an opportunity to eg take the picture don downloaded off the internet before the guards do themselves otherwise say if they want to become guards in the very distant future it will take longer as the guards will not trust them as much

The badges don't make anyone corrupt, power makes people corrupt. If you would give them a badge, they would not yet have any power.
People still want to earn something when they're working hard.

So how do people gain your trust? You wrote before you hate gaining our trust, because it takes too long. So how long does it take to earn your trust?
